The service

XmasGoat provides tools for Christmas gift tracking, wish lists and Secret Santa exchanges, along with gift discovery on the main website. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — especially in December.

Your responsibilities

• Only invite people who want to take part in your exchange.
• Keep wish lists and gift labels respectful and lawful. Do not share harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, illegal content, scams or spam.
• Do not attempt to access other people's assignments or data.
• Do not use the service to send spam or unrelated promotions.

We may remove content or suspend access that abuses the service or other users.

Gift suggestions and prices

Gift ideas are editorial suggestions. We do not show live prices — always check the current price and availability on the retailer's site before buying. Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure. Purchases happen on the retailer's site under their terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XmasGoat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which is zero, because it is free.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to request deletion or export of your data.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
